Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of design projects. Any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide such information may result in changes to the project timeline and/or additional fees.
Payment for services is due as outlined in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Late payments may incur additional fees, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Our design process includes a set number of revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Final approval of designs must be provided in writing before the final deliverables are released.
We respect your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by you during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these Terms.
Laterna Magica Design Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.
